Cellulite is a normal fat beneath your skin. Women are more likely to get it than men. Main causes to get cellulite :

  1. Slow Metabolism
  2. Lack of Physical activity.
  3. High Body fat
  4. Dehydration
  5. Lower Collagen Production.
  6. Estrogen, Insulin and thyroid hormones are the part of cellulite production.
  7. Fad dieting is also a reason of cellulite.

Too much Carbohydrates, fat and salt can be the reason of cellulite . Including more fiber in your diet can help. People who don’t do any physical activity and sit all day have more chances for the formation of cellulite.

Cellulite can be formed to anyone but it is more likely to have it in fat people. It is more likely to happen after the age of 25 but nowadays, it is affect teenagers as well because of their poor diet.

Treatment and removal : There are some medication or creams are available in the market to remove the fatty acid tissues.

  1. Caffeine: It dehydrates the cells. It needs to be applied daily. Various creams of cellulite are available in the market.
  2. Retinol: It thickens the skin by reducing the appearance of cellulite on the skin. Atleast 6 months, you need to see the result .It is also available in the market online.
